This policy describes how Marrakech Canal Forme, operating the Canal Forme club in Marrakech (Morocco), processes your personal data when you use the Canal Forme mobile application (Android and iOS) and, where applicable, the website canalforme.ma.

2. Mobile application covered
This policy applies to the official Canal Forme app on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS), Android package hr.apps.n166694566. It complements the information shown on store listings and on our website.
3. Data collected
Depending on how you use the app and website, we may process in particular:
- Account identifiers: email address, phone number (where applicable), member ID;
- Member profile: name, membership-related information;
- Bookings and schedule: group class registrations, participation history;
- Push notifications: device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging / FCM) to send club alerts;
- Usage data and analytics: in-app events via Firebase Analytics (screens viewed, interactions);
- Advertising identifier (AD_ID): used for audience measurement and service improvement, subject to your device settings;
- Technical data: logs, device type, app version, IP address, timestamps — for security and maintenance.
- Website only: cookies and similar browsing data, according to your browser settings.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to: operate the app and your member account; authenticate you; display schedules and manage bookings; send club-related notifications (classes, events, practical information); improve the app and produce aggregated usage statistics; keep our services secure.
Applicable legal bases include: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (membership and related services); our legitimate interests (security, service improvement, statistics); your consent where required by law (e.g. certain notifications or non-essential trackers, configurable on your device or in the app).
5. Recipients and sharing
Your data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including Google (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging) for usage analysis and push notifications, as well as our hosting and technical providers.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. Providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data according to our instructions.
6. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it according to applicable legal and operational timelines. Member account data is kept for the duration of your relationship with the club and, where applicable, a limited period after membership ends to meet legal obligations or handle potential claims. Technical logs are kept for a limited time proportionate to security needs.
7. Your rights
Under applicable regulations, you have in particular the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing and object, within legal limits.
To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@canalforme.com with your identity and request. We will respond within regulatory timeframes. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data (restricted access, encryption in transit where relevant, access monitoring). As no Internet transmission is entirely risk-free, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Minors
When services target younger audiences, data collection complies with the legal framework (clear information, parental consent when required). Canal Forme ensures its practices align with current regulations.
